Rewind are an experienced, energetic and exciting party band that don’t provide you with generic function band songs, but something that will bring fond memories of your younger years to get you screaming along at the top of your voice!
With 10 years of experience playing at festivals, weddings and corporate events and specialising in music from the 90’s and 00’s: we pride ourselves in playing music we know will get everyone on the dancefloor all night long!
Our styles range from Pop Hits, Rock, R&B, UK Garage, Dance, Country, Soul, Funk, Ballads and everything in between.

Have you got a particular song that you would like to walk down the aisle to? We would be honoured to play this for you. We would play completely acoustically; and you can choose which musicians you would like to create a moment you will remember forever.
Would you like some background music during your drinks reception? We can provide a 1 hour acoustic set with piano and vocals as standard; from there you can add percussion, guitar and bass. Please let us know in your enquiry if you are interested in this service.
We will learn your first dance and play it live absolutely free of charge! Whether it is a throwback song or not, just tell us what it is and which arrangement you would like, and we will perform it.
We are fully equipped with a full PA and lighting, so no secret charges for any extra equipment as we bring it all! we can provide 2 x 60 minutes of live music. We will also provide free DJ playlist before, in between and after our live sets completely free of charge. All we need is for you send us a playlist and we will do the rest!
Our repertoire is focused on a specific period of time but we cover a lot of different genres and styles within this! With this in mind, there is the opportunity to add more musicians to cover more styles and songs that might not be on our setlist! For example, you could add horns such as saxophone, trumpet or trombone.
We have lots of close friends in the music industry at our disposal to join us in making your party as memorable as possible!

When looking at different bands for your event it’s understandable to be worried that they might not sound like they do on the videos and demos. With ‘Rewind’ our videos were shot live in one take, so what you see and hear is exactly what you get on the day!
We feel that our clients should be safe in the knowledge that when we turn up to play, they needn’t worry that they won’t be as good as they are online!

FAQs
We do a variety of different styles and genres so we cater to everyone at your party! from rock to garage and everything in between, we know exactly what songs will have the dance floor packed the whole night.
We are very fortunate to know many amazing musicians who are of the same ability as everyone in the band so if one of the members of the band are unable to make the event due to illness or any other unforeseen situation, we will arrange for a suitable replacement to honour you event booking.
If your wedding or event is within a 40 mile radius of Southampton, then travel and accommodation fees are included! If your venue is further away than this, we will quote you accordingly.
This will all depend on your starting times, but generally the band will arrive at 6pm to start setting up. However we are very flexible and know that timings don’t always stick to the schedule!
The band will require 1 hour and 30 minutes at most to set up all their equipment.
This is completely based on your schedule for the day and we are more than happy to work around what works best for you! From experience, we find that 8pm is a good time to get started for your evening set but this is purely a guide.
As per the contract, we request that the band is provided with free soft drinks throughout their stay at the venue and a meal, usually after they’ve set up. The band will leave for the event mid-afternoon and will often arrive home early hours of the morning so a hot meal is always greatly appreciated!
All of our PA and equipment will require power so ideally 2 or 3 13amp sockets should be enough as we do provide our own extensions etc… if there are any issues with this we can discuss this with the venue!
The majority of our bookings are private events but we do occasionally put on gigs in Southampton that are open to the public so if you are interested please let us know and we will keep in touch with you about any live showcases we have coming up!
Absolutely! As long as we are under cover and not exposed if the weather takes a turn for the worst. We use electrical equipment if we are inside or out so as long as there is suitable power and cover we are more than happy.
